Holy Trinity Church Malvern
All are Welcome

Music

Welcome to a home of vibrant music making

The Choirs of Holy Trinity have evolved from a living tradition that is as old as the building of Holy Trinity itself and are dynamic organisations fit for the twenty-first century. Based at Link Top, Malvern, the Choirs sing under the shadow of the Malvern Hills. Edward Elgar, regarded at the time as England's finest composer, was inspired by the Hills and today they continue to be a beacon that draws people from far and wide. Wold you like to be part of the musical life that modern day Malvern creates?

The organ and organists also play a significant role in nurturing the musical life in this place, both in worship and in the community whih Holy Trinity Church serves. Two other local choirs - Malvern Male Voice Choir and The Phoenix Singers - rehearse in the church and Holy Trinity is keen to welcome other musical organsiations which wish to perform here too.

Adult Choir

Attracting singers of all ages, the Choir is a four part choir (soprano, alto, tenor and bass). The Choir is a satisfying mix of highly competent and very experienced singers who lead those who might consider themselves to be novices; either way, thorough rehearsing ensures confident and assertive singing at services. Welcoming people of all standards, an ability to read music is desirable but not essential. For more information please click here.

Young Chorale

Young Chorale is a new choir that has started with an age range of 7 to 12. It is promoted by both Holy Trinity Church and St James’ Church, West Malvern and, although it is a choir that meets in church, it is a choir for the community. The Choir meets on Fridays from 6.00 to 6.45 p.m. in Holy Trinity Church.
