The Building

The Parish Hall is located adjacent to Holy Trinity Church at Link Top Malvern. There is an upper hall and a lower hall and they both have access for the less able person. Car parking is available outside the building, in the car park at Link Top and in the churchyard which is a very short walk away. A bus stop is located opposite the building.

The upper hall is light and airy with a wooden floor making it ideal for dance, childrens parties, wedding receptions or funeral wakes.

The lower hall is smaller, has a carpeted floor and is suitable for meetings or that smaller party.

Both halls have access to kitchen and toilet facilities.

The facilities

Upper Hall:

• Licenced for 120 people and has a wooden floor and stage
• Small room to left of stage houses 16 2 metre tables and 10 1 metre tables
• Sound amplification system and Loop system for hard of hearing
• Ladies, Gents and Disabled Toilet
• Kitchen facilities include Range cooker, fridge, freezer, crockery and cutlery plus on tap boiling water . Dishwasher at additional cost
• Use of patio area outside

Lower Hall:

• Licenced for 80 people
• Ladies, Gents Toilet
• Kitchen facilities include  cooker, fridge, crockery and cutlery plus on tap boiling water
• Use of patio area outside

The hire charge 

Upper Hall - £15 per hour plus an additional cost of £10 if the use of the dishwasher is required
Lower Hall - £13 per hour

Please review the calendar to see if the time required could be available and complete the booking request form which will be sent to the administrator who will be in contact with you to discuss your request and confirm the booking .
